Terms and Conditions for Print and Stitch Studio

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website printandstitchstudio.co.uk and the supply of customised products by Print & Stitch Studio Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• “Product”: Any item supplied through the Site, including personalised or plain items.

• “Customisation”: Any printing, embroidery, or design service applied to a Product.

• “Order”: Your request to buy one or more Products from the Site.

3. Orders & Contract Acceptance

• Orders are accepted when we issue an Order Confirmation email.

• You must check all order details (product, sizes, colours, design and any logo(s)) carefully before submitting.

4. Artwork & Design Upload

• You are responsible for uploading your own artwork, logos, and text in the design tool during checkout.

• You confirm that you own the rights to all designs supplied and that they do not infringe any third-party rights.

• We may refuse to print or embroider designs that are illegal, offensive, or inappropriate.

• By placing an Order, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved your design including spelling, placement, sizing, and colours. Minor variations in placement, size, stitching, colour tone, garment shade, or print alignment within reasonable production tolerances shall not be considered defects.

• Colours displayed on screen may vary from the final printed or embroidered product due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, fabric type, and production processes.

You agree to indemnity and hold Print & Stitch Studio Ltd (printandstitchstudio.co.uk) harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal costs arising from your use of third-party intellectual property in any artwork or design submitted.

5. Amendments & 24-Hour Approval Window

• After an Order is placed and paid, you have 24 hours to request changes to the uploaded design or order details.

• After this period expires, the Order is locked and enters production.

• Once production begins, no further changes or cancellations are permitted.

6. Production Times & Delivery

• Customised Products are typically produced within 7 working days of the Order Confirmation date.

• Delivery timeframes stated at checkout are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or public holidays.

• Production times are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

7. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

8. Plain Product Returns

• Non-customised/plain items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

• You must follow our returns procedure for refunds or exchanges of plain items.

9. Customised Product Returns

• Customised Products (printed or embroidered) cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless they are faulty or incorrectly produced.

• This is because bespoke personalised work cannot be resold. 

10. Faulty or Incorrect Products

• If a Product is faulty or differs materially from your order, please notify us in writing as soon as reasonably possible (ideally within 5 working days of delivery). This does not affect you statutory rights.

• We may require supporting photos or information before offering a replacement or refund.

11. Delivery & Risk

• Risk in the Products passes to you when the Products are delivered.

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers or external events beyond our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the affected Product.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection laws.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter which cannot be excluded under law(s).

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

13. Force Majeure

WE shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond out reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruption, courier delays, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, design layouts, branding and website structure, is the property of Print & Stitch Studio Ltd and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written permission. Unauthorised, use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order will apply.
