Our working hours are:

9:00am – 5:00pm (UK time)

Excluding UK public holidays.

Order Queries

When contacting us about an Order, please include:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Description of your enquiry

• Photographs (if reporting a fault or issue)

This allows us to assist you as quickly as possible.

Amendments Within 24 Hours

If you wish to amend your Order within the 24-hour amendment window, please contact us as soon as possible by email, quoting your order number clearly in the subject line.

Once the 24-hour period has expired and production has commenced, changes cannot be made.

Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service:

1. Contact us in writing via email.

2. Provide full details of the issue.

3. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
