1. Returns & Faulty Product Policy

Plain or Non-Customised Products

You may return plain or non-customised Products (i.e., items not printed or embroidered) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving non-customised goods, without giving a reason. To exercise, your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing (enquiries@printandstitchstudio.co.uk) within the cancellation period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our returns team will inspect your returned item(s) and reach out to you should they have any questions. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned in a condition that makes it unsellable.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Customised or Personalised Products

Products that have been printed, embroidered, or otherwise personalised are made to your specifications and unique to you.

Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customised or personalised products are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right. Therefore, we do not accept returns or cancellations for customised Products unless:

a) The item is faulty, or

b) The item has been incorrectly produced by us.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe a Product is faulty or has been incorrectly produced:

1. Contact us in writing as soon as possible (we recommend within 5 days of receipt).

2. Provide your Order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the fault(s).

3. We will assess the information and may request further details.

If the Product is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or refund for that item.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for carefully reviewing all design details before submitting your Order, including:
a) Spelling
b) Text content
c) Sizing
d) Garment colour
e) Print positioning (front, back, sleeve, wearer’s left/right, or any other position – depending on the ordered product).

Once the 24-hour amendment window has passed and production has commenced, no further changes or cancellations can be made.
Print & Stitch Studio (printandstitchstudio.co.uk) is not responsible for errors that were approved at checkout.


Please note:
a) Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, fabric type, and printing or embroidery processes.
b) Minor variations in placement (within reasonable production tolerance) do not constitute faults.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable number of days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at enquiries@printandstitchstudio.co.uk.

Sale items

Sale or discounted items may be returned in accordance with this policy. However, statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods always apply.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrectly produced. If you need to exchange a faulty item for the same item, send us an email at enquiries@printandstitchstudio.co.uk.

4. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Please note: Gifted items that are printed or embroidered cannot be returned.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your non-faulty item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a non-faulty item(s), the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund – where applicable.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(S)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
